President/CEO

Tracee Hunt, a skilled HR professional, has provided key leadership in senior level roles as well as driving HR strategies through Board membership as Committee Chair. Her responsibilities have ranged all facets of HR to include the transformation of entire Human Resources functions, as well as leading the charge in reshaping the culture of the organizations that she has worked with and for. This has been largely as a result of her strong cultural competence and keen focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Developing key HR strategies to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and objectives has been her priority in both large and small organizations.
Tracee, a refined HR Executive and Business Partner has served as a key member of executive leadership teams to facilitate the pursuit of each organization’s quest for a sustainable and prosperous future. Tracee has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Prior to starting Total HR, her last internal role was Chief Human Resources Officer for Bancroft, a leading non profit organization providing behavioral health services. Prior to Bancroft, Ms. Hunt held the position of VP of Human Resources for The Philadelphia Coca Cola Bottling Company for 11 years, where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources strategy, organizational development and culture initiatives. In all of her roles, Tracee has played an integral part in the development and execution of organizational strategy. Ms. Hunt has led in both union and non union environments, as well as organizations with unique demographic challenges. Additionally, Ms. Hunt has worked in Human Resources in various industries, to include retail, hospital administration, manufacturing, service, and chemical. She has been fortunate to engineer HR from the ground up and provide sound HR expertise and solutions in both start up and well established organizations.

Throughout Tracee’s HR career and in her business, she has been applauded for her astute business acumen, strategic focus, her premier executive consultation skills, her holistic focus on driving cultural competence, as well as her benefits expertise relative to its P&L impact.

Ms. Hunt recently completed several terms on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia Works, Inc., a mayoral appointed position, as well as previously serving as chair of the Philadelphia Youth Council for four years, where she has now returned as a board member. Ms. Hunt is also a board member and Secretary of the Board for Impact Services, one of Philadelphia’s largest community development corporations. She is a longstanding National SHRM Member. Tracee has served as keynote speaker for The New Jersey Executive Club, as well as various local SHRM chapters in the Greater Philadelphia region. She has also been a featured speaker on CN8 Money Matters for employment related segments. Tracee is married and has two children.

Tracee holds a master’s degree in Human Services Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Rider University; a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education with a concentration in HR Training and Development from Southern Illinois University; and an associate’s degree from Burlington County College in Accounting.
